Apollonas is our lead nutritionist here at Slim Kitchen, what he doesn’t know about nutrition isn’t worth knowing! He is a professional nutritionist, supplement expert, writer and editor with a great deal of experience in sports nutrition and weight loss meal plan creation. Just like his ancestors – the ancient Greeks, he is also a great advocate of the Mediterranean diet and ancient lifestyle subjects.
He has worked closely with Juliana to develop the SEXY SAMBA QUEEN BODY IN 14 DAYS programme, but asks you to follow the diet closely and not to forget your slim kitchen detox tea.

We are delighted to have health and fitness expert Juliana Campos join the Slim Kitchen team. She focuses workouts that combine using body weight with resistance training, core strengthening and posture alignment, and always encompasses her Brazilian background into her teachings, including martial arts (CAPOEIRA) and Acrotraining movements.
Juliana is also a champion samba dancer and performs every year at Nottinghill and Rio de Janiero carnivals, she has worked with Slim Kitchen to develop a special exercise and diet plan to get that samba queen body you always dreamed of in 14 days!
The exercise plan is a Brazilian High Intensity Interval Training (BHIIT) programme. It is fast-paced workout, which burns a much higher rate of calories than a traditional workout out, and, in much less time. Juliana advises to do the right moves with a correct posture, it should always be intense but always listen to your body! You don’t need to be in a gym, minimal equipment in your home or office will work. The results are fast!
